We offer a 32-hour course to train aspiring bartenders how to free-pour hundreds of drinks, including highballs, tropicals, shots, martinis, and much more.

Students will learn the history, brands and distilling process for liquors, cordials, beer, wine and Champagne. We cover liquor laws and liability, customer service, serving private parties, and more. This class begins at a basic level - no previous experience is necessary.

Graduates will have the knowledge and skills to serve at any bar in the United States, and will have the professionalism, confidence and knowledge needed to make employers look good as well as make good tips.
